At the touch of your finger, members have 24/7 access to great virtual classes! Located on the way to the gymnasium, you will find our Echelon Connect spin bike (located in the Fitness on Demand room). On this bike, you can choose from a ton of different classes including yoga, cycling, strength, and cardio workouts! Try a class today, or stop at the Front Desk if you have questions!
